Individual & Family Group Therapy

OhioRISE Services
OhioRISE (Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence) is Ohio's specialized high-intensity care coordination program for youth with the most complex behavioral and mental health needs. Upstar is an authorized OhioRISE provider, delivering intensive, coordinated care to help youth and families access the full range of services they need.
School-Based & Youth Services
Upstar offers classroom interventions and in-school counseling to help kids and teenagers behave better in class and deal with personal or in-school stressors.
Services are tailored to each student and may include:
