OhioRISE is a specialized program for Ohio youth (under 21) with complex behavioral and mental health needs who are on Medicaid. We provide both office-based and community-based services. Many of our case management, CPST, and peer support services are delivered directly in clients' homes, schools, and communities so you receive support wherever you need it most.
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately, or call 911. Upstar does not provide emergency crisis services, but we can help connect you with ongoing support after stabilization.
